What a hard yet motivating week! I have been going to the gym for at least an hour and half every single day, trying as hard as I could. Things have got in the way this week as it was my last day at college and my tutor brought in cookies (oops) and it was my last shift at work so I took in sweets (I ate some!). I am struggling with my diet, I'm finding it hard to find food that's tasty yet healthy. If anyone has any ideas I'd love to hear.
Doing my first weigh in today knocked my motivation and made me question whether I will actually be able to do this. I am just hoping that because it has only been a week that my body doesn't understand that I am serious and that my belly needs to be scared! I'm happy that I managed to lose 1.1lbs but I feel that it's not enough. I'm not giving up though, my determination outways the knocks that I am going to face along the way .
